Emmy is an AANP, board certified nurse practitioner who is passionate about helping patients feel confident and cared for when it comes to their skin. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin and then went on to complete her Nurse Practitioner degree at Samford University’s Moffett & Sanders School of Nursing. While in nurse practitioner school, Emmy worked for over three years as a registered nurse in a dermatology practice in Birmingham, where she gained hands-on experience and discovered her love for dermatology. After graduating, she continued working in the field as a nurse practitioner, building on her knowledge and experience.

Emmy enjoys working closely with patients to understand their concerns and create personalized treatment plans. She believes in clear communication and patient education, making sure every patient feels informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their care. When she’s not in the office, Emmy loves running on the BeltLine and spending time outdoors on walks with her husband and their Australian Shepherd.
