Shipping policy

Shipping:

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped Monday – Thursday, via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail. We offer USPS flat rate shipping for your convenience, which will be calculated at check-out.

Please note local sales tax is also charged for all non-prescription products.
If an unexpected shipment delay occurs, our office will notify you as soon as possible via email.

Atlanta Skin Wellness Center is currently unable to ship outside of the United States.

Shipping Updates:

An email will be sent with tracking information once your package has shipped. Once the package has been sent to the carrier, Atlanta Skin Wellness Center is unable to assist with shipping. Damages:

Atlanta Skin Wellness Center is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Local Pickup:

If selecting local pickup, your order will be ready within 1 business day unless unexpected delay occurs. You will receive an email from info@AtlantaSkinWellnessCenter.com once your order has been processed and is ready for pick-up. You may pick-up your order at our office located at 755 Mount Vernon Hwy NE, Suite 305 Atlanta, GA 30328. See the front desk receptionist upon approval for assistance.
