Mary Benton Guthrie, an Atlanta native, is an NCPAA board certified Physician Assistant specializing in general Dermatology. She graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She then received her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies from Emory University. Mary Benton has had a long-standing passion for dermatology and has been working in the field since beginning her career as a physician assistant in 2011. She performs skin cancer screenings and evaluates a wide range of dermatologic conditions in both pediatric and adult patients. She is committed to providing high quality, individualized care that allows her patients to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. She strives to educate her patients to ensure they possess a thorough understanding of their conditions and treatment plans. Outside of work, Mary Benton enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children and goldendoodle.
