1. Bathe once a day in lukewarm water for 20 minutes
  2. Use unscented Dove bar soap for sensitive skin (not liquid soap). Soap may be used daily to the genital area, under the arms, beneath breasts, and between toes. To all other areas of the body, soap should be used only 2-3 times per week
  3. After bathing, pat yourself dry, leaving your skin slightly damp
  4. Within 3 minutes after drying off, apply Cerave Cream (Cerave cream in the jar, not the pump lotion) to your entire body
  5. After moisturizing, apply your prescription steroid ointment to the rash two times per day until resolved
  6. Change to a free and clear laundry detergent, such as Dreft, Tide Free, Cheer Free, or All Free. If a dryer sheet is needed, Bounce Free dryer sheet is recommended.
